this product listing is for custom made sweaters with your ready image. 

if you would like a custom artwork done, do contact us as there will be additional charges.

once we commence on your custom sweater, all sales will be final. no cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted.

all products include Japan Consumption Tax (JCT) and are shipped out by us from Japan.

step 1

do contact us at info@momokeebs.com to send over your high resolution image! we accept .png, .jpg, .pdf, .svg, .webp, .ai.

we will let you know if we need a better image.

step 2

we will get them ready for a mockup before proceeding with the order - at this stage there will be no refunds allowed.

mock ups will be ready in 1-3 days. (might be slower during festive periods)

step 3

2-5 days for manufacturing.

1-2 weeks for us to receive the custom goods.

overall, do factor in 2-3 weeks for us to be ready to ship it out to you.
