if you would like the artwork to be made into a deskmat or sweater, do add both to cart! 

lead time

as drawing takes time, a rough estimate will be 1-2 weeks during non-peak period i.e. not during festive seasons/holidays. 

once we commence on your artwork, all sales will be final. no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

most products are taken in our studio for the best true-to-life comparison.

products on backorder might experience delays due to customs clearance, weather, or end of year holidays and might take longer than the stipulated time.

if you're in a hurry, do choose products that are in-stock!

all products include Japan Consumption Tax (JCT) and are shipped out by us from Japan.

backorder timeframe shown is an estimate and ship-out time might vary.

step 1

do email us at info@momokeebs.com on what you would like drawn, and provide clear guidelines e.g. colour scheme, pictures of pets, any accompanying items etc.

step 2

do also specify the file format that you'd like for the finished artwork. 

the finished artwork can be sent over in .jpg, .png, .pdf or .ai format.

step 3

and we are done!

if more drafts are required, additional costs will be incurred.

option 1

small artwork, works well with simple and clear guidelines (from you!)

some examples are the orange cat in ameowzon box, pet in keycaps. 

no drafts, artwork will be final when completed. 

option 2

this will be a bigger design with more room for drafts. 

some examples will be the cat biscuit factory and pet desserts.
