images in this product listing are a general guide of how the keycap layout looks like, all colours can be changed and images/icons can be placed anywhere!

products on backorder might experience delays due to customs clearance, weather, or end of year holidays and might take longer than the stipulated time.

if you're in a hurry, do choose products that are in-stock!

all products include Japan Consumption Tax (JCT) and are shipped out by us from Japan.

backorder timeframe shown is an estimate and ship-out time might vary.

all international orders will have a tracking number sent to you once we ship out your package.

3 options for keycaps

all prices are standard across different keyboard layouts. (e.g. the price for a 65% will be the same for 100% layout keycaps)

option 1 ($80)

custom orders with ready image assets. 

this means that you'll have the confirmed colour scheme and hi-resolution images that corresponds to the layout.

tweaking will be kept to a minimal of 2 drafts. 

option 2 ($120)

an option for ideas that you have in mind. 

this means that you have a general idea of what you want on the keycaps, such as the images and colours that you would like.

limited to 2 drafts.

option 3 ($180~)

a fully customizable option that requires the momokeebs team to design and draw out images. 

this option will take the longest due to intricacy, time and effort, back and forth on drafts. 

depending on complexity, cost will vary. $180 will be the base price.

limited to 5 drafts.

what happens after placing an order?

do proceed on to sending us your ideas and images (if any) to our email at info@momokeebs.com

best way of communication will be via email - images/files supported will be .png, .jpg, .pdf, .svg, .webp, .ai.

lead time

design phase: 1-2 weeks, varies

manufacturing phase: 1-2 weeks

manufacturer's shipment to momokeebs: 1-2 weeks

in total, do set aside 3-4 weeks for the entire process!

guidelines

any drafts required after the stated limit will have costs incurred. costs will vary by extend of work required. 

all outstanding costs must be paid before we proceed with the order. failure to comply will result in the order being placed on hold. 

once we commence on the work done, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted. 

fitment

all custom keycap sets are to follow the ANSI layout as depicted in our product listing. we can make some unique keys (e.g. ISO enter, 7.0U spacebar, alice spacebars) depending on manufacturer's availability.

it is recommended to do some research on your end for fitment as we will not be liable for any misfits. 

it is also recommended to pair our custom keycaps with our keyboard selection to prevent misfits. 

all custom keycap order sales are final. no refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted. 

we will only provide replacement pieces if they are of the manufacturer's error.
