custom keycaps are keycaps that can be designed from scratch!
they start out as blank white pieces so room for creativity is endless! think of it as a blank t-shirt or canvas. or even frozen yogurt where you can choose your flavour and toppings.
prices for custom keycaps are steeper than regular keycaps as it is custom made to your preference and keyboard, and our manufacturer has to run it through their production line for 1 set.
this increases cost but also ensures that what you want gets printed!

we will perform final check on the received goods before mailing out to you.
in total, do set aside 3-6 weeks for the entire process!

keycaps fitment
- all custom keycap sets will be in ANSI layout and only fit mechanical keyboards with removable keycaps. we can make some unique keys (i.e. ISO enter, 7.0U spacebar) depending on manufacturer's availability.
- we recommend pairing with our own keyboard selection to prevent any misfits, and we are not liable for products outside of our catalog.
- some commercial brands like logitech have their own proprietary keycap sizes and we are unable to accommodate to those.
- all custom keycap order sales are final. no refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted.
- we will only provide replacement pieces if they are of the manufacturer's error.

- any drafts required after the stated limit will have costs incurred.
- costs will vary by extend of work required and must be paid before we continue on.
- once we commence on the work done, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

- as we are not in favour of AI or AI generated images, please refrain from sending them to us.
- due to infringement and copyright regulations, we do not recommend custom sets with trademarks, such as tv series, anime, logos, etc as they will likely be seized by customs.
