our team will finalize the mockup with you before sending it to production.
limited to 2 drafts.

option 2
a semi do-it-yourself option.
what we require from you:
- font, colour, image placements
- high resolution images
our team will help with placements and mock up before sending it to production.
limited to 2 drafts.

option 3
a fully customizable option that requires the momokeebs team to design and draw out images.
this option will take the longest due to intricacy, time and effort, back and forth on drafts.
depending on complexity, cost will vary.
$180 will be the base price and includes 2 small drawings.
if you require more drawings, they will be charged separately.
limited to 5 drafts.

guidelines
please read the guidelines before proceeding!
estimated lead time
- design phase: 1-2 weeks, varies
- manufacturing phase: 1-2 weeks
- manufacturer's shipment to momokeebs: 1-2 weeks
we will perform final check on the received goods before mailing out to you.
in total, do set aside 3-6 weeks for the entire process!
guidelines on drafts and artworks
- any drafts required after the stated limit will have costs incurred. costs will vary by extend of work required.
- all outstanding costs must be paid before we proceed with the order. failure to comply will result in the order being placed on hold.
- once we commence on the work done, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
due to infringement and copyright regulations, we are unable to do custom sets with trademark logos, such as tv series, anime, etc. if you wish to proceed it will be at your own risk!
keycap's fitment
- all custom keycap sets will be in ANSI layout. we can make some unique keys (i.e. ISO enter, 7.0U spacebar) depending on manufacturer's availability.
- it is recommended to do some research on your end for fitment as we will not be liable for any misfits.
- some commercial brands have their own proprietary keycap sizes and we are unable to accomodate to those.
- all custom keycap order sales are final. no refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted.
- we will only provide replacement pieces if they are of the manufacturer's error.
