we open backorders for products that are out of stock in our store but still available from our manufacturers.

backorders are top priority once we have our physical shipment delivered to us.

once backorder slots are filled up, we may or may not have extras to restock the store for in-stock inventory.

so if you are looking to get a backorder product, please get them while it's available! the wait time is the same even for a restock.

estimated backorder fulfilment is usually 2-3 weeks.

our selection of keycaps fit almost all mechanical keyboards that use standard MX switches (with the crosshair on top) in ANSI layout. do make sure your keyboard allows for removable keycaps!

we are not liable for fitment issues for keyboards outside of our product catalog.

most of our keyboards are recommended for windows, with some compatible with mac, android, ios.
