to activate the 2.4G wireless mode:

  • connect the usb type-c cable into your computer, and then connect the 8K receiver (white/black depending on the keyboard) into the type-c end of the cable. 
  • switch the keyboard to 2.4G mode and you will be able to instantly use it. 
  • this style is different from the conventional USB adaptor included in other keyboards.

keycaps: 

  • the brown version comes with bear shaped keycaps, MOA profile height, PBT + PC double layers
  • the pink version comes with frosted clear keycaps, Cherry profile height, PBT + PC dye sublimation prints

*the suction cup included is to remove the backplate (doesn't work that well), but alternatively you may use a slim prying tool to do the same thing. the backplate is affixed by small round tapes.

we open backorders for products that are out of stock in our store but still available from our manufacturers.

backorders are top priority once we have our physical shipment delivered to us.

once backorder slots are filled up, we may or may not have extras to restock the store for in-stock inventory.

so if you are looking to get a backorder product, please get them while it's available! the wait time is the same even for a restock.

estimated backorder fulfilment is usually 2-3 weeks.

they can all be done with a downloadable driver or VIA based on your keyboard brand. VIA compatible keyboards will be specified in the product description.

our selection of keycaps fit almost all mechanical keyboards that use standard MX switches (with the crosshair on top) in ANSI layout. do make sure your keyboard allows for removable keycaps!

we are not liable for fitment issues for keyboards outside of our product catalog.

most of our keyboards are recommended for windows, with some compatible with mac, android, ios.

as our deskmats are not waterproof, here are some recommended ways to keep them clean in case of spills/stains!

  • hand wash only - washers may fray or rip the fabric
  • use a mild soap - can be diluted dish soap, body soap, hand soap
  • use a soft brush or sponge to wash the surface just like washing clothes
  • hang to dry, dries in 1-2 days!
  • for tougher stains, you may apply some baking soda + water and rub the stain off! it should lift in 1-2 minutes.
